Entec Engine Corporation is an intellectual property holding company that has patents now granted in the U.S. and granted or pending in countries throughout the world. These patents pertain to internal combustion engines, both reciprocating and rotary. We are a privately held company and use the sale of our stock to produce revenue to cover our costs pertaining to our intellectual property. We are seeking public and private investments to enhance our patent portfolio as well as to finance our plans for managing and licensing our proprietary technology.
The Entec Technology provides great improvements in internal combustion engines, including:
- Supplying much higher power and torque
(and facilitating down-sizing)
- Increasing engine life
- Improving fuel economy
- Reducing polluting emissions
We are currently in contact with several major Diesel and Otto Cycle engine manufacturers, boat builders and locomotive manufacturers concerning joint development agreements and licensing.
Indisputable evidence of the power and efficacy of the cold air engine charging technology as specified and fully described in our patents is that the technology is already extremely popular across Europe and the U.S. with OEM Manufacturers, producing many clean-burning Super-Engines which are presently much in the news.
We have been asked to partner with one of the world's largest engine manufacturers and Entec is anticipating similar requests for licensing from many others.
