Entec Engine Corporation is a privately held company with 30,000,000 shares of stock authorized and 19,950,000 shares issued. The Corporate headquarters are located in Atlanta, Georgia. Clyde C. Bryant - President, Chairman and CEO
Mr. Bryant served for 21 years as a Senior Scientist at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control where he was involved in developing automated methods of analyses. Among these automated methods were applications of high performance liquid chromatography, atomic absorption and spectrophotometer methods in both visible and ultra violet ranges. His work also included evaluation of newly marketed analytical instruments.
In the early 1980's, Mr. Bryant became interested in improving the efficiency of internal combustion engines which led him to devise and design the Entec Cycle Engine and to form the Entec Engine Corporation. At the present time, Mr. Bryant holds over 30 patents, most of them covering the Entec Cycle Engine which are licensed to the Company. He majored in Chemistry and Mathematics at Georgia State University.
Lanny R. Clark - Vice Chairman and CFO
Mr. Clark brings to management broad experience in operations, sales and marketing in both domestic and international manufacturing companies. His responsibility at Entec includes administration of operations, strategic planning, sales, marketing and corporate profitability. Mr. Clark has spent 25 years working with engines, generators and controls. As Vice-President of Manufacturing and Operations for United Technologies (a Fortune 100 company), he was responsible for all operations including design engineering, product development, production operations, material management, tool engineering, technical service, manufacturing, capital expenditure and international sales. His experience also includes overseeing the design and construction of all functions of a new manufacturing facility including machinery, training of personnel and general administration of the new facility. He holds B.S.E.E. and Ll.D. degrees.
George C. Wright, Jr. - V.P., Secretary, Treasurer and Director
For several years, Mr. Wright has been President and Treasurer of Wright, Darnell & Rector, P.C., a public accounting firm of Johnson, Frazier & Wright in Atlanta. Prior to that, Mr. Wright was associated with the international accounting firm, Touche Ross. He has a wide range of experiences in his accounting practice, including establishing centralized computer accounting systems and the implementation of systems and controls. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of North Carolina.
Charles W. Bazemore - V.P. Marketing and Director
In 1982, after having spent 20 years in the advertising agency business in New York and Atlanta, Mr. Bazemore founded The Atlantis Group, a marketing consulting firm, which specializes in launching new products. Specific services include strategy planning, market research and branding. Among the firm's numerous hi-tech and automotive related clients are IBM, Intel, WorldCom, Ford Motor Company, Citgo Petroleum, Valvoline and General Tire Company. Mr. Bazemore holds an A.B. degree from Duke University.
Ludvik F. Koci - Director and Consultant
Early in 2003, Mr. Koci was appointed Chairman of Penske Transportation Components after having served as President and CEO of Detroit Diesel Corporation for many years. Concurrent with his presidency of Detroit Deisel, he was Vice President of On-highway Commercial Engines for DaimlerChrysler. Mr. Koci's career started at General Motors where he held numerous posts including Assistant Chief Engineer for the Electro Motive Division, a railroad locomotive builder, then as Director of Diesel Engine and Transmission Engineering for Detroit Diesel Allison Division of General Motors. Subsequently, he was named General Director for Engineering for Detroit Diesel Allison prior to his appointment to General Manager of the division and election to Vice President of General Motors.
Mr. Koci received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from General Motors Institute and a Masters of Science degree in Theoretical and Applied Science from Michigan State University.
Lowell E. Netherton - Director
Dr. Netherton recently retired as Director of Technology Transfer and Licensing at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to his tenure with the Georgia Institute of Technology, he served as Director of Research and Development for the Victor Division of Stauffer Chemical Company, where he commercialized new products with profit potential. Also at Victor, he was Manager of Manufacturing with responsibility for six processing plants with 1,500 employees producing $60 to $70 million in annual revenues. For thirteen years prior to that, he was Director of Research and Development at BASF Wyandotte Corporation, commercializing new products, and for five years was Director of Scientific and Technical Relations. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Western Illinois, a Certificate of Meteorology (Physics) from M.I.T. and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin.
