Mr. Bryant served for 21 years as an Analytical Chemist at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, his last 16 years there being at the Senior Scientist level. For 10 years he was involved in developing automated methods of chemical analyses. Among these automated methods were applications of high performance liquid chromatography, "atomic absorption" and spectrophotometer methods in both visible and ultra violet ranges. His work also included drug dosage compliance monitoring of patients in an extensive coronary heart drug study done by the U.S. Public Health Service with the National Institutes of Health and CDC.

His interest next involved an investigation by atomic absorption analysis, concerning possible effects of exposure of U.S. Army troops to the defoliant, "Agent Orange" and its contaminiate "Dioxin(s)". His interest was then stirred by learning the results of another Federal investigation at CDC utilizing the same very specific method used in the Agent Orange Study, atomic absorption. In 1988, a division of CDC, NIOSH (National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health) published the NIOSH, Current Intelligence Bulletin (CIB) 50, entitled "Carcinogenic Effects of Exposure to Diesel Exhaust". In this investigation, Federal Officials found almost 18,000 compounds and substances attached to diesel exhaust smoke particles. At that time many of those compounds had been found to be carcinogenic. This knowledge inspired and led Mr. Bryant to devise and design the Entec Cycle Engine and now devote his full time to making the Entec Engine Corporation successful. His endeavors have culminated in extremely important and practical patented improvements in internal combustion engines. At the present time, Mr. Bryant holds 30 patents most of them covering the Entec Cycle Engine worldwide, which patents are licensed exclusively to the Corporation. He majored in chemistry and mathematics at Georgia State University.
